Jeffrey Boruff, 26, of Austin died from head injuries after an ATV wreck at the San Pedro Ranch in Val Verde County about 18 miles north of Comstock. EMS and Justice of the Peace Joey Gonzalez responded. sheriff's investigators continue the probe.
