Victims Identified In Central Val Verde Crash
Fatigue may have played a role in a two fatality single vehicle crash on U.S. Highway 277 north of Del Rio near Loma Alta. Jose Armando Ojeda Lozano, 23, of Big Lake and Gabriel Casares, 29, of Del Rio, were pipeliners traveling from San Angelo to Del Rio. The truck rolled several times, both men were ejected and not wearing seatbelts. Police say Ojeda Lozano may have fallen asleep and brakes were not applied.
