City sales tax shares dip for Del Rio and peers

Plane crash kills four in West Texas sighted wreckage found
Wreckage of a Beachcraft Bonanza was found five miles south of Carlsbad in Tom Green County. Four people including Dr Warren Hartmann, a San Angelo obstetrician, died in the crash after leaving Midland Air Park Wednesday night bound for Mathis Field. Witnesses described a hill strike and long black scorched mark. The Rio Airways pilot heard a 11:23 p.m. transmission but the Beachcraft pilot did not respond. No survivors were found.
