Lamar Elementary teachers and staff held a groundbreaking for an outdoor classroom habitat funded by a San Felipe Del Rio CISD Education Foundation grant. Pre planning has advanced and construction begins, enabling interactive lessons across generations through hands on learning in the new space.
The San Felipe Del Rio Consolidated School District board approved higher wages for all auxiliary and paraprofessional staff, reclassifying current cafeteria workers as food service worker cooks.
