County to pursue groundwater district with Austin firm
Val Verde County Commissioners Court on Monday voted to hire the Austin law firm Bickerstaff Heath Delgado Acosta LLP to draft and present legislation creating a county groundwater conservation district in the 2015 Texas Legislature. Commissioner Beau Nettleton said the discussion should restart as SAWS and others seek water.
