The Liebust Society held its third week of service featuring women missionaries. Speakers included Miss Morris and Mr. Garret with notes on opening rites. Discussions covered work, gifts, and preparations for future events, with mentions of meetings and readings by various attendees.
Jenne Moody elected president of Brownie troop at St James Episcopal Parish Hall Wednesday afternoon. Aurene Jarrett chosen vice president with Aller Cawthorn secretary, Harhar Gulick treasurer, Tennille Wardlaw reporter, Sandra Tross scrapbook keeper. A Christmas project began, refreshments served. attendees listed.

Friday events include The Doreas Closes of the First Baptist Church meeting at 3 pm hosted by Mrs A Campbell at 37 North Main Street with Mrs Campbell and Mesdames Ward Barnes Jones and Sawyer attending. Saturday features the San Felipe Counter Cub Christmas dance from 9 pm to 12 am and a Tromp Nine Scouts dance at Tel Hin Country Club from 9 to 11:30 pm with Vernon Call Sonia Whitehead W T Wallace Jr and Henry Mills. Sunday the Viel Ale Mase Club holds its annual Christmas meeting at 3 pm in the Woman's Club with Miss Mary Agnew presenting the program. Tuesday Purple Sage Lodge meets at 6 45 pm at the Woman's Club followed by a Christmas party for members. Circle Three of the Ladies Society of Christian Service hosts a book review by Miss J P Abbott on The Life of Kusawa. The Woman's Missionary Society of the First Baptist Church meets at 3:30 pm for a missionary program. Circle Two of the First Presbyterian Church meets at 2 39 pm with Mrs Applewhite leading a season study. Short courses on agriculture offered at Henry Universities and colleges annual. Tealevision reserves with metal cabinets noted.
