Alfredo Delgado of Del Rio won a three year term on the Texas A&I University Alumni Association board, joining 22 other alumni leaders. He and his wife Ana Maria, both Texas A&I graduates, are Century Club members. Delgado heads the Del Rio Housing Authority and holds multiple leadership roles in housing and civic groups.
The Houston Ballet under artistic director Ben Stevenson brings The Nutcracker to Municipal Auditorium for Friday and Saturday performances with a Saturday matinee. The production features Peter Farmer costumes and Ivanov choreography, priced from 10 to 22.50 dollars with discounts for children students military and seniors. Rosa Mae Reynolds aged 77, former Del Rio resident, died Sunday in Carrollton. Rites were held Tuesday at Hughes National Chapel in Dallas at 10 a.m. with burial Wednesday at 2 p.m. in Westlawn Cemetery, Del Rio. She was the widow of Charles Reynolds. Survivors include daughters Mary Evelyn Hade of Colony and Sue Warner of Farmers Branch, plus four grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
