Armando Hernandez, 20, of Acerdan Ciudad Acuña, lies comatose after surgery to remove a bullet from his abdomen. Police say night watchman Enrique Galvan Lozero shot him at 3:50 am on the Lopez Mateo and Fifth of February corner. Lozero, an employee of Juan David Salas, is in custody.
