Brown Plaza Association decors, elects officers for 1997 99
The Brown Plaza Association cleaned and decorated the office area and planned the renovation of the plaza in Del Rio. Elections at last week's meeting reappointed the interim board for two years with Javier Martinez as president and other officers named. A membership party is planned for mid December at La Quinta Inn with music by a Mexican consul and aide. Plans include sidewalk replacement, new water fountains with lighting, and a repainted gazebo.
