Death of rail rider under investigation near Laughlin AFB
A 30 year old man was found dead atop a Union Pacific railroad car east of Laughlin Air Force Base Thursday morning. An autopsy was ordered. The body bore an Ohio id card identifying Christian Thomas Clifford of Portsmouth Ohio. Authorities note he may have resided in Florida and had no permanent address. Clifford's father was located in Ohio and notified as Border Patrol reported the discovery to local law enforcement.
