Del Rio police investigated a reported burglary at the Middle Rio Grande Development Council offices in the Civic Center. The break-in, found by executive director Elia Santos, involved unlocked desk and file cabinet contents with no money taken. Santos left Friday afternoon. doors and cabinets were locked then. Police continue to investigate.
