Mansfield man dies in head on crash near Del Rio
Refugio Rodriguez a 29 year old construction worker from Mansfield died at the scene when his southbound car crossed the centerline and struck a truck tractor pulling a tank trailer driven by Victoriano Gonzalez 44 of Carrizo Springs near U S Highway 277 about 2 45 a m Saturday.
