Four winners will be chosen after video review. the telethon airs Labor Day weekend. Texan probationers paid about $34 million in restitution and logged over 7 million hours of unpaid community service in 1996, a 20 percent rise from 1995.

Townsend Not Guilty in Marijuana Possession Charge
