Former Del Rio officer pleads guilty to child endangerment
Angela Castillo, a former Del Rio Police Department officer from 2003 to 2008, pleaded guilty to abandoning or endangering a child with intent to return a state jail felony. Painter Teaches Art Skills in Casa de la Cultura Workshops
