Heavy showers along the Pecos and at Amistad Dam boosted runoff, raising Lake Amistad levels by 17 feet and filling storage to 3,782,661 acre feet. Del Rio total rainfall since Jan 1 reached 11.24 inches, July was above normal, and July 8 saw 1.48 inches in 24 hours.
