Explosions wreck Judge Thayer home in Worcester

James Vander aged 22 received a four year suspended sentence after being found guilty of burglary in Judge Joseph Jones District Court. Vander was arrested in Sanderson after the McDowell home burglary and identified by the first witness, B. J. McDowell, who said a rifle and ring disappeared the day after.
