El Paso dispatch says San Marcial New Mexico was washed away by the Rio Chande flood. Only two buildings remain, housing 45 residents who stayed as others fled. Property damage runs into hundreds of thousands of dollars. population before the flood was about 1,000. The holdouts have food for two days and plan to depart later today.
