William S. Kelly Dies at 84 in San Angelo
William S. Kelly 84, longtime manager of stage lines out of Benklin and pioneer San Angelo lumberman, died Monday. Burial followed on Tuesday. Survived by widow, four sons, three daughters, and a son from a first marriage. Kelley helped organize Tom Green County in 1874 and later entered lumber business after 1882 flood. He was among West Texas early irrigation farmers.
