The forecast calls for warmer conditions across western and northern regions on Saturday. highs rise into the 70s in coastal areas while inland areas see mid 70s to near 80. scattered clouds and light winds accompany the warmer trend.
At Toledo a 1500 strong crowd of strikers and supporters pelted the Auto-Lite plant with bricks and missiles injuring guardsmen and reopening shelling of the building. Earlier fighting yielded fatalities as militiamen held their ground with bayonets unused while the mob rained debris.

Miss Kathleen Hinde 38 and Mrs. Charles Norris 32 sisters of Mrs. L B Wardlaw of this city will be honored Friday afternoon at the Hinde family home in McCamey. Also killed was Ray Hemphill of San Angelo and two others were injured in a collision four miles west of Big Lake late Wednesday night involving the Hinde car and another vehicle carrying J Wylie Taylor Jr. and John Hinde.
Clyde Barrow and Bonnie Parker were viewed by thousands in Dallas as their families arranged private funerals. Barrow will be buried at Sunset in West Dallas Cemetery near his brother Marvin while Bonnie will be taken to her mother Emma Parker’s home and likely buried Sunday at Fishtrap Cemetery near Sunset.
District Judge Hosey warned attorneys that if Mrs. Billie Mace is identified in court tomorrow as the woman who shot Highway Patrolmen Murphy and Wheeler at Grapevine on Easter Sunday, he will deny bond. The remark came as her attorney pressed for a habeas corpus hearing so she could attend her sister Bonnie Parker's funeral.
