Del Rio Boy Wins Prize for Talk at Abilene Contest
Allen Robertson of Del Rio earned a $10 prize in the My Home Town contest at the West Texas Chamber of Commerce convention in Abilene. The 14 year old ninth grader from Del Rio High School won the right to represent Del Rio after winning an elimination contest and competed against more than seventy contestants.
