Pilot Hurt As Aviation Club Plane Crashes
An Eagle Rock aircraft owned by the Del Rio Aviation Company crashed two miles northeast of the city on Saturday afternoon. Pilot Fred Zuehl suffered minor bruises as the motor failed at 400 to 500 feet and the nose dived to about 50 feet before sinking. The ship, damaged beyond repair, would need rebuilding.
