Cheyenne Wyoming July 18 Russell Thorp secretary of the Wyoming Stock Growers Association says the million hoppers that invaded Wyoming will starve to death. When asked if there were ways to kill them he answered it will not be necessary they have about eaten everything there was to eat.
Nine people traveling home from Pennsylvania to Wheaton, including Mr and Mrs Harry Schuster and their three daughters, were killed when their car struck an Ann Arbor locomotive near Dundee Michigan and plunged into the Raisin River. Unidentified victims were among the others in the auto.

Mrs. Ollie Ellis wife of the late F J Ellis of San Angelo was reported seriously ill. She is a half sister of Miss Faye Dobkins of Del Rio and formerly lived in Del Rio. The Dobkins family could not travel to San Angelo due to O J Teet Dobkins illness. Del Rio relatives include Miss Dobkins and her half brothers John Major O J and Buckie Dobkins.
