Funeral Services Held Tuesday For John Paul Jones
Funeral services were held Tuesday afternoon at the church of Christ for John Paul Jones 86 retired telephone exchange builder. Minister G O Frazia officiated and interment followed at Westlawn Cemetery. Jones died unexpectedly at 5 30 am at his Third Street home. He came to Brackettville in 1905 to build first lines then moved to Del Rio in 1915 with his wife Marie. Surviving are his widow four daughters two sons a brother and several nieces and nephews.
