Del Rio Adopts Standard Milk Ordinance For City

The Del Rio City Commission adopted the United States Public Health Service standard milk ordinance. Dr. B F Orr announced it will take effect January 1 and will grade all milk sold, with penalties for misbranding. Grade A milk will meet the strictest sanitary standards and cattle testing will be conducted by the State Board of Health.
