Robert Johnson Funeral Services Held Wednesday
Last rites for Robert Lee Johnson, 59, were given at 4 p.m. Wednesday at Doran Funeral Home with Rev. Claude R. Hill of the First Christian Church officiating. Interment followed in Westlawn Cemetery. Johnson died of pneumonia and complications at his east Del Rio home after moving from Houston three months ago where he worked as a pharmacist for a drug company. He was married in 1923 to Susie Radford of Sour Lake.

Funeral Services Conducted Tuesday For Alvin Hollmig
Funeral services for 79 year old Alvin Hollmig were held Tuesday afternoon at 5 from the Doran Funeral Home with Jack Paul of the Church of Christ officiating. Interment followed in West Lawn Cemetery. Hollmig died Monday at 1 pm after a stroke. He lived in Del Rio 30 years, born in St. Paul Minnesota, lived in Germany as a child, then Fredericksburg before settling in Del Rio. He married Mary Wright in 1880 in Liano. Survivors include one daughter, Mrs. Quincy Adams of Allison, 19 grandchildren and nine great grandchildren. Pallbearers were Frank Bonner, Frank Criseppi, Ambrose Gerella, R. A. Kennedy, A. Batot, Buck Buraitt.
