Funeral services for Frank B Kellogg, 81, who died at his home of pneumonia, will be held tomorrow. Kellogg, Nobel Peace Prize laureate and co author of the Kellogg Briand pact, had served as world court judge, ambassador to Great Britain, senator, and secretary of state. Survivors include Mrs Kellogg and relatives. he had no children. He earned multiple honors including the Nobel Prize in 1929 and degrees from Oxford and the French Legion of Honor Grand Cross.
