Three Slain By Sheriff In Arkansas Disturbance
Morilton Arkansas August 24. Mrs Jane May 55 Jim May 65 and Ben May 60 were shot and killed by Sheriff C T Atkinson after a disturbance at their home last night. Sam May 63 was critically wounded. The sheriff said he was attacked by knives as he searched the house and yard. He said Mrs May followed with knives, Sam charged him, and he shot Sam then the gun locked. He killed the other brother as he advanced.
