In Goodnight Texas on August 19 a car carrying Mrs. W A Berry, her 10 month old Claudie Berry, and Alvin Roz overturned on a curve, killing the occupants and injuring three others. Driver W A Berry said his wife woke and seized the wheel. he lost control after slowing. Among the injured were Mrs L H Roe and her son who were taken to a hospital in Amarillo. All victims were Amarillo residents.
