In Ogle County, Nick Sklavenitis a former Mt. Morris restaurant owner was found guilty of forgery after a two day hearing. He allegedly created a check to bank funds for Hondropolis of Wilmette and cashed 1500 dollars in Rochelle. Evidence showed money and deposits traced to deposits under aliases.
