Draft lottery to order call of 21 year olds at Senate Office Building
United Press reports in Washington that the draft lottery for newly registered 21 year olds will be held at the Senate Office Building at 9 30 a m Thursday with about 1 200 numbers placed in capsules from a large bowl. About 700 000 men will learn their order for military service as preparations are complete.
