Fire destroys Lambert farm near Hunter in Sunday blaze
A Sunday afternoon fire near Hunter, at the St Burlingame farm, wiped out John Lambert’s home and several outbuildings. The 14 room house and a large barn were lost along with a granary, hog house, and corn cribs. Two Americans Die in German Air Crash
