Paving Plans Outlined for West Lincoln and Nearby Streets
Public hearings last night reviewed paving West Lincoln Highway from First street to the Kishwaukee bridge and John street plus South Third street. Residents favored early completion with an ordinance to cover the work, to proceed this year under Warrenite Bitulithic asphalt or cement options.
