Frank Ray died after treatment in Chicago hospital following a long decline. He was born January 5, 1814, moved with family to DeKalb as a child, later lived south of DeKalb before returning, married Libby Parr in 1885, and left no children. Survived by wife Libby and brother George of Iowa. Funeral Thursday at 2:30 p.m. at the house with burial at Fairview.
