Sunday Fires Burn Homes on Seventh Street and at Still's Place
Two fires kept firefighters busy yesterday. A blaze at 314 Seventh Street started from sparks and damaged roof sections on both sides after alarms from box 55. A second fire at E B Still's home, also sparked by a hitney, burned two large holes in the roof before being controlled. Both incidents were reported via the station gong rather than telephone.
