Dr Anna J Gloss a prominent missionary worker and founder of Pekin China medical institution died today at her brother David H Gloss’s home in Pasadena California. She went to Pekin in 1885 as the first medical missionary in that region and later helped establish the Union Medical College. Funeral details pending and burial plans to DeKalb.
