Aged Resident Passes After Short Pneumonia Illness
August Anderson aged 64 of DeKalb died last night after a brief illness with pneumonia. Born in Sweden on July 16 1854 he came to America as a young man, lived in Manistee Michigan, then settled in DeKalb over 25 years ago. He leaves a wife and brother in DeKalb and sisters in Sweden. Funeral set for Sunday at 2 pm at the Lutheran church with Rev. G A Fairlund officiating. interment at Fairview.
