Fall Fatal to Sick Man August Nelson 71
August Nelson, 71, longtime Malta and Genoa resident, died in Elgin hospital from shock and injuries after walking into a hospital window while semi conscious following eye surgery. He was born in Smoland Sweden in 1859 and came to the United States in 1869. He leaves a widow, two children John and Mrs Lawrence Burke, a foster daughter Hilda Benson, and relatives in DeKalb. Funeral services will be held at 12:30 p.m. tomorrow at the Nelson home in Genoa, with burial in Genoa cemetery.
