Second Eagle Scout named at DeKalb scout rally
Scout Carl Ritzman of Methodist Troop Four was honored as the second Eagle Scout in DeKalb County during a rally at State Teachers College held under Alpha Phi Omega. Troop Two of the Finnish church won first with 21 points, receiving a large silver loving cup, while Congregational and Methodist troops followed. Approximately 200 people attended the event, with judges from Des Plaines and Sycamore.
