Washington April 28 The government asked the Supreme Court for a rehearing of the anti trust case decided against the government. Solicitor General King filed the request after the court reconvened to reopen the long fight to dissolve the steel corporation and rule it a combination in restraint of trade. The court had absolved the corporation from illegal combination by a four to three vote.
