Cement road treks tangled with wires and drifted snow

Motorists traveling east and west on the cement road near DeKalb report masses of entangled telephone wires on the pavement. On the Malta road there are snow drifts about four feet deep with a cut through them. Drifts are located in a sag and atop a hill, and larger ones are said to lie near the cemetery.
