William Roland Wied died at his home on the Sent Mita road this morning after a weeks illness from a lingering cardine malady first developed years ago. Born May 20, 1861 in Kendall County near Lilite Mook, he lived in Te Kalb and was well known by Dekath residents. He married Mika Idabela Armou in June 1887, who survives with three children.
