Paul Nehring head of Nehring Electrical Works and an official of DeKalb’s First National was elected president of Genoa State bank to replace two closed banks. The new bank plans an opening before May 1 with a $50 000 capital and $25 000 surplus. Nehring will not oversee daily operations in Genoa due to other business ties.
