Tap Ballet And Jazz Classes For Deer Park Area
Deer Park Parks and Recreation Department offers tap ballet and jazz classes for ages five and up and adults. Sessions begin the week of Sept 14 on Tuesday and Friday afternoons and evenings, $5 per month, advance registration required. Instructor Debi Curry has taught dance and toured with Camille Hill's Discovery Dance Group and worked with American Ballet Theatre in Houston. For more information call 479-3002.

Shell DU-2 unit boosts refinery crude capacity to 225000 bpd
Construction completes on Shell DU-2, part of a three year project exceeding 100 million dollars. The 160000 bpd unit expands refinery throughput to process West Texas and Louisiana crudes, feeding an ethylene facility while adding a 47500 bpd vacuum flasher and 46000 bpd daphtha hydrotreater. Other units under construction include a 25000 bpd hydro cracker and 75 MM per day hydrogen plant, with startup planned in early 1971.
