San Jacinto College plans 10 week women’s PE session
The San Jacinto College adult physical education program sees strong interest with over 100 women attending this spring. A 10 week summer session is planned for Tuesday afternoons from 2 to 9 pm using most college facilities including badminton, volleyball, swimming, paddle ball, weight training and table tennis. Cecil Cummins moved to Deer Park and led the maintenance program after the city charter. He built the city barn, set up the system, then joined the Parks and Recreation Dept after a back injury.
