Merit taste breakthrough yields low tar 100mm cigarettes
The MERIT breakthrough produces a new taste standard in low tar smoking applied to 100mm cigarettes. Test results show 12 mg tar with enriched flavor and comparable taste to higher tar 100mm brands. King Size and 100s variants include MERIT and MERIT MENTHOL with 9–12 mg tar and around 0.7–0.9 mg nicotine per cigarette. Surgeon General warning noted.
