Jim Braus, formerly superintendent of major projects at the Deer Park Shell Complex, is promoted to Manager of Staff Relations and relocates to downtown Shell offices. The position becomes effective January 1. Braus, a North Dakota native educated at the University of North Dakota, has been with Shell since 1958 and helped plan a multi million expansion.
