The Deer Park Police investigate two unsolved thefts this week. Detective Billy Bess confirms a December 12 theft by Nathan H Bruce Jr at 1205 E Rutgers including a color television, portable dishwasher, clothing and Christmas gifts. A December 13 theft from a Center Street Spa construction site saw two water pumps valued at 600 dollars. Police are continuing inquiries.
