Sealed bids addressed to Mr. F G Anders President of the Board of Regents San Jacinto Junior College District will be received in the Board Room Administration Building 8060 Spencer Highway Pasadena Texas until 7 30 P M May 2 1977 covering Kitchen Equipment for the New Learning Resource Building.
Plans and Specifications are on file with James E. Burleson Architect in Houston and available after April 7 1977 for 25 deposit. The deposit is refunded if a legitimate bid is submitted or returned within five days after award. otherwise the full deposit is retained. Bids received after closing time will be returned unopened.
The bidder must submit five percent of the bid with the proposal. A performance and payment bond at 100 percent of the contract sum is required, ensuring faithful performance and payment for labor and materials. The owner may reinterpret ambiguous prices and reserve the right to adopt the construction or drawings as of the open period.
