Turtle Eggs Curious Dimple Shells Explain Taste
A short note describes turtle eggs as an acquired taste for humans but not bears. It notes a rough yellow yolk and a white that stays liquid even after a year of cooking. A curious dimple appears on one side and moves to the other when squeezed, making undimpled eggs unattainable.
