City of Decorah Iowa will hold a 7 30 pm June 16 1915 meeting to consider a proposed Resolution of Necesity for reconstructing sewers along multiple streets including Main Sewer No 1 and 2 and various branches with 8 to 24 inch vitrified pipe and disposal plant. Public notice states assessments to abutting property and payment by sewer certificates.
The city agrees to issue sewer and district bonds to pay contractors for outlet disposal plant and main sewers with par value guarantees. Contractors must provide 50 percent surety bonds and a 10 percent completion bond for one year.
